 Commercial Security Systems Sales
Allison Systems, Inc. has openings for Sales Professionals working from our Waukesha Headquarters. You will be responsible for selling complete security solutions and services to businesses and institutional clients. You may be asked to manage some existing accounts but the focus of the position is the development of new, profitable business. The ASI approach involves assessing the client’s needs and developing solutions that meet the client’s requirements and can be delivered within the available project budget. You will be expected to develop new accounts as well as expand the scope of the ASI relationship with existing accounts. We expect the ideal candidate to be able to identify prospects, evaluate needs and design custom proposals to suit those needs with minimal guidance. Prior experience in managing prospects through proposal, evaluation, negotiation, and closing stages is highly desirable. The ASI Account Management Process requires that the Account Manager have frequent client communication to ensure customer satisfaction. High school diploma with significant security sales experience required. Bachelor's degree with an emphasis in business administration, marketing, sales, engineering, or a related field preferred. Strong interpersonal, presentation, technical and financials skills essential. Working knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint software programs.
 Installation and Service Technicians
We have 2 openings for talented security systems technicians immediately. If you have at least 1 or more years of experience and are looking to move to a fast growing company, you need to call us. We are looking for individuals who have a verifiable track record of doing quality work in the following areas: Installation and service of intrusion detection, fire, video surveillance and access control systems. Proficiency in working from formal work plans, schematics, and blue prints. Experience in managing projects from project kick-off to system commissioning and customer training. Experience in delivering maintenance services as well as troubleshooting. Experience or certification on Ademco, Bosch-Radionics, DSC, Firelite, Notifier, Northern Computers, Pelco, American Dynamics or similar systems. Opportunity for limited travel and occasional overtime.  Inside Sales - Security Systems Supplies / Services
You will be trained on how to sell and help clients with exciting technologies such as RFID, ID Credentials Software, biometrics, digital video surveillance and electronic access control. This position involves making outbound calls to current clients and selling them the replacement supplies for their security and identification systems. You will also sell maintenance and support services and software upgrades. You will grow your client base by making outbound calls to prospective clients that fit the same profile as our current clients. All calls are business-to-business; we do not sell to residential customers. As you develop your accounts and learn more about our solutions, you will have the opportunity to start selling systems solutions and work on larger opportunities with the outside sales Account Managers. As part of the sales process you will keep accurate records in the Customer Relationship Management software, prepare electronic quotes in Quotewerks, process customer orders and follow up on their level of satisfaction. These positions are part-time (20-32 hrs. /wk.)and have flexible schedules between 8AM and 5PM. Positions can grow to full-time after 90 days with superior job performance.
