Free Shipping on $200+ Orders Terms

Free shipping is available for single orders of $200 (excluding sales tax) or more that are shipped to contiguous (mainland) US addresses. UPS Ground shipping charges cannot be credited toward other shipping methods.

Need it Faster?

Expedited shipping options are also available for most items, including next-day and 2-day air delivery. Shipping upgrade options and costs vary. Select your preferred upgrade during the checkout process or call for more details. Please allow extra time for delivery to remote addresses. Please note that orders with expedited shipping still require our standard 24 hour order processing time.

APO, FPO, & PO Box Addresses

Due to fraud associated with APO, FPO, and PO box addresses, we have special requirements. We may require payment via bank wire to process orders using APO/FPO. We cannot ship to PO boxes; please arrange to have products shipped to your physical address, either home or business. We apologize and thank you in advance for your understanding.

Payment, Billing and Sales Tax

What are my payment options?

Paying by Credit Card
Allison Systems accepts MasterCard, VISA, Discover, American Express and corporate purchasing cards. On the Payment page, select the card type you want to choose and then enter your card number, expiration date and your card security code.

Pay with PayPal
On the Payment page, select PayPal as your method of payment. You will be directed to PayPal’s web site to confirm the financial details of the transaction. Once you confirm your payment via PayPal, you will return to to finish your order.

PayPal is a safe and easy way to make a secure online payment. It allows online shoppers to enter and store credit card and billing information in one place, thereby eliminating the need to store and update this information on multiple sites.

Paying by Corporate Purchasing Card
If you have a corporate purchasing card (MasterCard, American Express, VISA), on the Payment page, select the card type you want to use and then enter your card number, expiration date and your card security code.

Paying by Phone
Click the “Pay by Phone” button and then complete the Checkout process. Make sure your arrive at the Thank You page to ensure that we receive your order.

As soon as we receive your order, we’ll send you a confirmation email that includes your order number and instructions for completing your payment by calling 1-800-536-9077 between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. CT, Monday through Friday. Please call as soon as possible — we will not begin full-filling your order until we have your payment information. Your order will be automatically cancelled if we do not receive payment information within 7 days.

Paying by Check
If you are an established customer and have utilized payment by check in the past, we will continue that option. As soon as we receive your order, we’ll send you a confirmation email that includes your order number and instructions for completing your order. Contact us at 1-800-536-9077 between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. CT, Monday through Friday, if you have any questions about the order.

Do I pay sales tax at
We must charge sales tax if you are located in Wisconsin or Illinois.  At this time, we do not charge sales tax on orders shipped to any other states.

I’m tax exempt, what do I need to do?
Process your order as normal, then simply fax your tax exemption certificate to us at (262) 522-9600. To speed processing, it would be helpful to include your contact information and your order number.

I need a copy of my receipt. Who can help me?
Please login to your account, then select the Order Tracking link. You will be able to view your order history and details on any specific order. If you did not receive an email containing a receipt for your order, you may request a copy via email at Please add your order number to the subject line if possible to expedite processing. If you prefer to contact us by phone, please call (800) 536-9077 or fax us at (262) 522-9600.

When is my credit card charged?
When you initially place your order, a reservation or hold for the order amount is placed with your card provider. Once we have shipped your order, we will then charge your credit card for the order amount.

Is my credit card number safe?
Allison Systems Inc. does not store customer credit card numbers on our systems/servers. This is the best way to ensure the safety of this information.

When will I receive my credit?
Generally, we post credits to your credit card within 5 business days, but it can take up to 20 days after we process the credit for it to appear on your account.

Refunds and Returns

Unopened/Unused Items

If you have purchased an incorrect or unwanted item, you may return it within 30 days of receipt according to the following:

  • Product must be unopened, unused and factory sealed.
  • Product returns must include original packaging, boxes, instructions, etc.
  • Products must be shipped back to Allison Systems freight pre-paid (customer pays for shipping back to Allison Systems ).
  • A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your credit. Allison Systems does not give credit for shipping on the original order.
  • Software cannot be returned for any reason. Please contact our Tech Services Department with any pre-sale software questions.

Opened Items

We are unable to accept the return of the following opened items:

  • Used printers unless pre-authorized by Allison Systems.
  • Opened media such as cards, ribbons and/or printer cleaning kits.

Other opened but unused items may be returnable with a restocking fee; please contact your Allison Systems Account Manager.


We are unable to accept the return of the following items.

  • Software unless pre-authorized by Allison Systems.
  • Special order items.
  • Custom-printed or custom-programmed products, including but not limited to custom lanyards, custom badge reels and programmed technology cards.

Defective Merchandise (DOA)

If you received a product that is non-functioning or defective out of the packaging, please contact your Allison Systems Account Manager to arrange for a return material authorization (RMA). We will do our best to replace the product as quickly as possible.
